Scott’s passion for the outdoors and helping others has guided him to Mossy Oak Properties. Having sold and built log homes the last 10 years as an independent sales representative for REAL LOG HOMES®, Scott’s experience with design and construction practices helps his customers realize their dreams. His love of deer hunting and habitat management keeps him tied to the land he grew up working.
Everyone has individuals that have influenced their lives. Scott has been blessed with many family and friends throughout his life, including his father who worked hard at everything he did and many uncles in various fields of work, all of which were tied to the earth. His brother introduced him to bow hunting for deer and from that activity, all his experiences come together. Anyone who has been in a tree or ground blind and heard those footsteps knows the excitement that we look for in the fall.
The husband of 30 years to the mother of our two boys, Scott relies on his wife Vicki to keep track of activities of the family. Kyle and Drew may be through with high school sports, but their post-high school activities along with nieces’ and nephews’ activities keep them entertained. Being able to share the experiences and knowledge with the next generation is now a priority. In the end, our land and knowledge is what we leave behind.
