Bio:
"Laws change; people die; the land remains." Abe Lincoln.... What a great truism and underlying principal to use as motivation to help people get what they want in investing while at the same time creating a legacy for themselves and their descendants. Eric is a third generation Arkansan, who has worked all over the state in different roles. Personal land transactions ignited a passion to help more people experience land ownership. "There is nothing else like it. Land ownership instills feelings that are hard to describe but easy to identify once realized. I am motivated to help people in moving through the process. I have worked personally on my own land with CRP, riparian buffers, pond building, crops, hay, mineral rights, easements, timber harvesting, and hunting property management. My primary goal is to look customers in the eye after a deal and share a smile, knowing he or she is better off for working with MOP and Cache River Land and Farm."
