Bio:
David Stone, Executive Broker, cultivated his love for the land while growing up with Matt in Monticello, Arkansas. As a young man, David combined his love for the outdoors with his desire to build. David began working as a foreman but quickly created a reputation for himself as a building contractor and a logging contractor in his own businesses, Stone Construction and Stone Logging Company. Since 1988, David has worked as Vice-President of Stone Timber Company, Inc. in Camden and is Sustained Forestry Initiative certified. Itching to broaden his horizons, David received his Real Estate license in 1993, his Associate Broker’s license in 1995 and is also a former member of the Camden Planning and Zoning Commission. David’s interests are in fast arrows and fast cars. As a tournament archery shooter, David shot in the pro division, has won awards for the “Fastest Street ‘Vette in Texas” in 1999, and the Rotax Go-Cart Championship in 2002. David has been involved in the Camden Community by being a part of the Scuba Diving Rescue & Recovery Team of Ouachita County. Also an avid hunter, David’s travels for deer, duck and elk have taken him not just across Arkansas, but to Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Regardless of his penchant for speed, travel, and hunting, David is first and foremost a family man to his wife, Cathy and their children.
