Scott Abernathy: Scott is a life long resident of Southern Illinois, he has always earned his living from the outdoors. He started in 1978, when he got into the duck and goose hunting business. But he states that hes not as mad at them as he used to be, so he mainly works as a management tool for some of the areas top clubs. Scott also owns a catering business called ABERNATHY'S BUFFALO TRO. The business was started by his father in 1961. Scott states that hes cooked for over a million people and traveled all over the country, including the Masters Golf Tournament, he cooks there every year. The BUFFALO TRO is a very unique way of cooking only known to Scott his father and the Plains Indians in Kansas. He also owns Heartland Game and Land Management. With this business he designs wetland structures and reforestoration projects for the WRP programs for our Government. When asked whats the most important ingredient of the management side, he simple states that if you watch and listen the wildlife will tell you what it needs. Last but not least his greatest pride are his two daughters Lindsey and Jordan
