Mossy Oak Properties Team | Our History | A Message from the Mossy Oak Team

Mossy Oak Properties Team

We're a unique bunch at Mossy Oak Properties - Avid outdoorsmen who are lucky enough to make a living in the field. By becoming familiar with the people who make up our company, you'll see that we take our business just as seriously as we do our sporting pursuits.

About Mossy Oak Properties
Toxey Haas - Chairman of the Board of Directors

For Toxey Haas, the success of Mossy Oak takes a back seat to the success of the people involved in the company. "Sure I'm proud of the nationwide success of Mossy Oak, but more than that, I am proud of the people in the company that have stepped in and grown with the needs of Haas Outdoors," he said. "Seeing these people accept challenges that they were not trained for and excelling is the greatest satisfaction of all." Even with all the success of Mossy Oak, Haas still manages to keep his time balanced between home, which includes his wife Diane, daughter Sara Frances and twins Daniel and Neill, and the outdoors. Haas brings true meaning to the headline, "My mind belongs to my work, my heart belongs to my family, but my soul belongs to the woods."

About Mossy Oak Properties
Fox Haas - Founding Director

Fox Haas spent 37 years at Bryan Foods in West Point, Miss. working his way to Vice President of Fresh Meats. As a major supporter and advisor to Toxey's business, Haas joined his son as Secretary-Treasurer and Chief Consultant to the Board. Haas has spent his life hunting with his son and teaching him about the outdoors since Toxey was six. He inspired the obsession Toxey has to be invisible to game and inspires all the employees at Haas Outdoors every day. Haas gives credit to the business's success to his wife Evelyn, who sewed camouflage clothing for countless hours in the early days of Haas Outdoors. Haas and Evelyn have three children, Shurley, Toxey and Nina and six grandchildren.
