Joel Braun Opens New Office in Theresa, WI
WEST POINT, MS - Mossy Oak Properties of Wisconsin is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Theresa, Wisconsin.
With his Princeton, Wisconsin location off to a strong start, Joel Braun has opened his second office in the state, strategically located in the Dodge County village of Theresa.
Braun stated, “We’re putting fifteen offices throughout the state. Right now we’re in the process of choosing locations, and we knew for certain that we wanted to establish a presence in the corridor that connects Chicago to Wisconsin. The Theresa location does that for us, it’s in the Southeast portion of the state, right along highway 175, in an open, rural area, that’s easy to reach from either Milwaukee or Chicago. Chad Benter, our managing broker in that area, is opening the door to Chicago for us, this location will be key as we move forward.”
