Mossy Oak® Properties Adds Watertown, WI Office

Kevin Raether Opens for Business as Managing Broker

Watertown, WI – Mossy Oak Properties is pleased to announce yet another new location in the State of Wisconsin.

MOP of Wisconsin opened for business in Watertown, effective June 16, naming Kevin Raether as Managing Broker.  Raether, a veteran real estate professional, shared his vision for the new office, stating:

“We’ll be doing business in Dane, Green, Jefferson and Rock Counties; this is an area that doesn’t typically have much recreational hunting land changing hands, but it does have a lot of farmland – that’s where we’ll be focusing.  The value of farmland has continued to rise throughout the region, with more residential development in this part of the state, there’s a lot less land available for farming, so naturally the value of farmland has been driven higher – that area will be our primary focus.”

Mossy Oak Properties is a growing network of qualified land brokers that are passionate about the outdoors, understand the ins and outs of buying and selling property and are committed to providing the highest level of old-fashioned service.

Lannie Wallace, Executive Vice President for Mossy Oak Properties, added,  “Joel Braun and his group have been very strategic with office placement in Wisconsin and we’re very pleased with the pace of expansion they’ve got going on right now.  The Watertown office is in a great location, it is easily within reach of Madison, Milwaukee or Chicago and a high traffic part of Wisconsin; it should really serve them well.”

For additional information, contact Joel Braun at 920-948-7545, email jbraun@mossyoakproperties.com or Kevin Raether, at 920-261-6151, email kraether@mossyoakproperties.com.

Mossy Oak Properties was launched in 2003 to assist landowners, sportsmen and investors in their pursuit of the perfect piece of property.  Since its initial multi-state launch, the Mossy Oak Properties network has grown to 40 offices in ten states throughout the country.  Offices are currently located in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Missouri, Texas and Wisconsin.  For more information about franchise opportunities or to find a qualified Mossy Oak Properties agent near you, call 1-866-667-2289 or go online and visit www.mossyoakproperties.com.
