Texas Opens for Business
Mossy Oak® Properties Kicks off in Wichita Falls
Wichita Falls, TX - Mossy Oak Properties is pleased to announce the opening of the first network location in the state of Texas.
Mossy Oak Properties of Texas opened the first of its thirty Texas locations in Wichita Falls June 1. Steve Baxter, Mossy Oak Properties of Texas spokesperson, announced the opening today and introduced Matt McLemore, the Wichita Falls Division Manager. Baxter stated, “We’re proud to announce the opening of the Wichita Falls Division. All of the prep work is done and we’ve got an experienced, qualified real estate professional in place, in Matt McLemore. In keeping with Texas’ rich ranching heritage, we have chosen to identify each location as a Division, thus Matt will operate Mossy Oak Properties of Texas - Wichita Falls Division.”
This is the first of many Mossy Oak Properties of Texas locations to be opened and has already seen the benefit of the Mossy Oak brand, securing multiple listings in the days leading up to the launch of the new division. Baxter explained, saying, “Matt is a well-known real estate professional in the area, when people heard he was associated with Mossy Oak, they immediately recognized the name, which helped speed things along.”
