Tom Mastin is the Managing Broker for Mossy Oak Properties Southeast Forest Investments. MOP SFI is an affiliated company of Natural Resource Planning Services, Inc., a forestry consulting firm established by Jack Vogel and Tom over 30 years ago. He holds B. S. degrees in forestry and agricultural economics from of North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida. Tom has been involved in a wide variety of real estate related activities over his career. These activities include consulting forestry and land management, appraisal, real estate sales and acquisitions, land development, and real estate investment. His most recent venture includes the development of equestrian communities in the Ocala, Florida area. Tom is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Tom and his wife, Kathy, live in Gainesville, FL but spend as much time as possible at their farm outside Fort Valley, GA pursuing rural living. They are the parents of three grown children, Hank, John, and Aaron and grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren, Jay and Katie Del.
