About Bryan Lance

My name is Bryan Lance and I am thrilled to be back into real estate with Mossy Oak Properties Boley Real Estate. I was born and raised in Upstate New York and grew up hunting and fishing with my father starting at a very early age. I even fished my first bass fishing tournament before the age of 10 with the club my father fished with for over 25 years.

I graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a discipline in Marketing and Advertising. Soon after graduating in the fall of 2011, I moved to Southern Iowa, to work as a seasonal video producer for Bill Winke’s TV/Web series Midwest Whitetail. After experiencing Iowa’s deer hunting, I decided to make Iowa home and have been here ever since.

I worked part-time in real estate with Mossy Oak Properties during 2015 and 2016 but took some time off to focus on my former full-time career with John Deere & Co.

Bowhunting has become my greatest passion, and I love the chess match and building history with big, mature whitetails each fall. Over the years away from real estate, I realized that my mind was always drifting to land and land management, and decided I needed to go back to real estate in a full-time capacity.

I am excited and eager to share my passion for the land and build relationships with clients to help them fulfill their wants, needs, and dreams! Whether it’s a land or the next place you call home, please allow me to assist you step by step along the way!
