Tom Mastin

Tom Mastin is Broker Associate for Mossy Oak Properties Legacy Realty Services having recently sold the franchise to Jarrett Lastinger.  Tom holds B. S. degrees in Forestry and Agricultural Economics from North Carolina State University and a Masters degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida.  Tom has been involved in a wide variety of real estate related activities over his career.  These activities include consulting forestry and land management, appraisal, real estate sales and acquisitions, land development, and real estate investment.  Tom is a three time recipient of the Mossy Oak Properties Pinnacle Club award.  Tom and his wife, Kathy, live in rural Peach County, GA pursuing the joys of rural living.  They are the parents of three grown children, Hank, John, and Aaron and grandparents to four beautiful grandchildren.
