Where the Sacramento mountains meet the Guadalupe mountains sits a serene hunter's dream at a private peaceful location. The two different mountains come together giving this ranch a diversity of wildlife such as elk, deer, turkey, barbary sheep/aoudad, pronghorn antelope and the occasional gemsbok (Oryx).
The breathtaking views from the tops of the peaks are so vast that photographs do not do it justice! There are some gentle slope draws with two earthen tanks, a deer blind, and a good variety of native grasses such as blue, black and sideoats grama among others. Pinon pines, stripe bark juniper and alligator juniper trees speckle the landscape.
There is a well-built, furnished two-story, 1008 square foot log home just off the county-maintained road. The height of the home gives it a great view of the valley below making the covered wrap-around porch area a perfect place to spend your evenings.
