The remaining 80 acres is 25 to 30 year timber that was formerly farm land which makes it very well drained. Plenty of oaks producing acorns. There is a nice duck hole that could be expanded. The 80 acres has a gentle roll to it with really nice ridges and bottoms. This is one of the best hunting tracts I have been on.
