120+/- acres of Fine Tensas Parish Hunting Land
Description
120 acres of fine Tensas Parish Hunting Land. This south Tensas tract is ready to hunt. Food plots ready to be planted and a great road system. It is in the middle of some of the best managed for big deer in the parish. Excellent access on a dead end parish gravel road with water and electricity at an old home site with giant oak trees for a shaded campsite. The first of the three adjoining 40 acre tracts on the west side is in 12 year old CRP and has an excellent stand and annual income of $2700 per year. The remaining 80 acres is 25 to 30 year timber that was formerly farm land which makes it very well drained. Plenty of oaks producing acorns. There is a nice duck hole that could be expanded. The 80 acres has a gentle roll to it with really nice ridges and bottoms. This is one of the best hunting tracts I have been on.
