for your breeding program. In addition to the Game Park, in 2022 the

ranch received 3 Mature Bull, 3 Anterless, and 1 Archery Private

Landowner Elk authorizations for use on the remaining 1,600 acres not

included in the game park. 2022 Mule Deer tags included 4 archery, 4

any, and 2 muzzleloaders. All of the ranch lies with in Game Management

Unit (GMU) 5A.

Hunting Lodge:

Located just off of Hwy 595, the 100 by 50 hunting lodge with over 5000

finished sq. feet has four full bedroom suites, a commercial style

kitchen, concrete polished floors, and a recreation room. A walk in meat

cooler and sliding hoists completes the lodge. A small airplane hangar

and air strip ends just in front of the lodge.

Quarters: The main ranch home was constructed in the late 50s and is

very well built with a central fireplace 3 bedrooms and one bath

upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs, as well as a beautiful

walkout sunroom on the south. The kitchen was recently remodeled.

There are six functioning water wells all registered with State of New

Mexico. Additionally, there are four storage tanks ranging from 2,500 to
