Description
This Chicot County Farm consists of 535.78 acres, 512 +/- of those being tillable. Located in the heart of the Arkansas Delta, this farm has rich, alluvial soil prodiving the opportunity to plant a variety of crops. Crops that have historically been planted on the farm consist of cotton, soybeans, wheat and corn. The farm has been leveled and is equipped with 3 irrigation wells and 15 risers. These provide irrigation for all but 15 acres. Conveniently located just 5 miles west of the Mississippi River bridge, the farm can be accessed by Lakehall Road.
