Located 30 miles south of Brinkley Arkansas on HWY 49, this 115 acres of prime hunting land for sale offers some great duck hunting along with great deer hunting. This tract is a mix of bottomland timber including tupelpo, oak, hickory and several other species. This tract has two noted holes in the back waters of Little Cypress Creek as well as a old field that has been converted into foodplots for ducks and deer. The edges of the field flood naturally during the winter allowing a mixture of both timber and open field style hunting. The tract is just a few miles east of the White River Refuge and is a short distance to both Big Cypress and Big Creek, all of which are known duck hunting areas.
