Very level property makes a great area to take a stroll through your own piece of the mountains and check out the views, trees, and watch for wildlife. Located in over-the-counter elk unit #81. Excellent cell phone service on property with Verizon and AT&T. Lots of ATV trail access. Close to Terrace Reservoir and La Jara Reservoir. 4WD recommended but not required.
