Originally from Concord, NC, Alex brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience and holds the coveted CCIM designation. He was named the 2020 Caine Halter Commercial REALTOR® of the Year by the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® and remains active as a CCIM South Carolina board member. Alex also serves on the board of the Coastal Conservation Association of South Carolina. A graduate of Leadership South Carolina, the Urban Land Institute’s Sustainable Leadership program, and Furman’s Liberal Arts Leadership program, Alex enhances Milliken Advisors’ ability to serve select commercial investments with the same diligence and care clients have trusted for nearly 80 years.
