Ashley Rolfe

Ashley serves as the Director of Virginia Properties for Mossy Oak Properties Land and Luxury, bringing a lifetime of outdoor passion and a strong professional background in sales and marketing to the team. Born and raised in Prince George County, she spent her younger years on the water or in the outdoors - vacationing in the Outer Banks, camping at Buggs Island Lake, swimming at Lake Gaston, and competing on softball fields up and down the East Coast. A club softball player at Virginia Tech, Ashley also met her husband, Justin, during her undergraduate years. While she had grown up around the hunting and fishing lifestyle, it was Justin who drew her deeper into the sporting world. Today, she enjoys filming his deer and turkey hunts and joining him in the blind for waterfowl season.

Before joining Mossy Oak Properties, Ashley built a strong foundation in business development, client engagement, and marketing strategy. She began her career in business development at Deloitte and later moved into marketing roles in global legal services organizations, collaborating directly with executives and key clients to deliver impactful, large-scale events and guide strategic marketing efforts across international stages. She now leverages that expertise to ensure the Virginia team’s listings receive top-tier exposure across platforms and channels. Outside of work, you’ll often find Ashley on the water, skiing out West, or taking in mountain sunsets from home - a lifestyle that reflects the land-focused values she now helps clients pursue.
