Ben graduated with a master's degree from California University of Pennsylvania in 2002. After graduation, Ben decided to remain in southwest Pennsylvania instead of relocating with his family to South Carolina. Ben's passion for the outdoors played a pivotal role, when at 29 years old, he purchased his first piece of recreational property. He has since bought and sold many parcels for reasons ranging from hunting, oil and gas, to investment.
