Billy McOwen

"William “Billy” McOwen is the founder and principal broker of Mossy Oak Properties - Land and Farms Realty based in Manteo, North Carolina.  The Land and Farms Realty Group currently owns and operates a number of Mossy Oak Properties franchises in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.   With a total of 25 agents servicing clients in the tri-state region the Land and Farms Realty Group is one of the largest dedicated land brokerage companies in the Southeast. 

Billy has been the recipient of the Mossy Oak Properties “Pinnacle Club” award 10 times in the last 10 years.  The “Pinnacle Club” recognizes the top 10 agents in the Mossy Oak Properties Network of over 650 agents, in 100 offices, in 30 states.  When not in the field helping clients, Billy oversees all of the day to day operations, administration, agent training, marketing, and transaction management of the company. 

Billy has a passion for learning new and innovative approaches to marketing and continues to drive the Land and Farms Realty Group in utilizing the latest technologies to promote their clients properties and ensure they receive the maximum exposure possible.
