My husband and I recently moved to Jefferson City from the state of California. Brendan Baker was a huge help! He was able to work with us while we were in a different state and it was a super easy process. We only came to town 1 time before moving and Brendan accommodated our schedule, no questions asked. He cleared a whole weekend to show us houses. Once we put in an offer (on a new construction house that was not completed yet), Brendan gave us frequent updates and communicated with the builders on our behalf. He made sure we had a home after our long drive to Missouri and it was one less thing we had to worry about during this transition.
