Brian Callihan

Growing up in southern Georgia, Brian Callihan developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors at an early age. Whether hunting deer, turkey, wood ducks or catching wild hogs, he spent every opportunity immersed in nature, building a lifelong passion for land and rural living.

In the summer of 2009, Brian moved to Nashville  to pursue a career in music. His dedication paid off when he signed his first deal in 2011. Through his work in the industry, he built lasting relationships with others who shared both his musical ambitions and love for the outdoors, making Nashville feel like home from the start.

Over the years, friends and colleagues often encouraged him to pursue real estate, recognizing his firsthand experience with land, farms, and recreational properties. That encouragement—along with the influence of his wife, a successful real estate professional of over a decade—ultimately led him to take the next step in his career.

Today, Brian combines his passion for the outdoors, his understanding of land, and his commitment to helping others as he builds his career in real estate. While continuing to write music, he is dedicated to helping clients turn their dreams into reality—whether that means finding the perfect home, farm, or piece of land to call their own.
