Camela "Camie" Balleck is a 6th-generation rancher and outfitter rooted deep in the heritage and working landscapes of Northwest Colorado.  As the owner of Mossy Oak Properties Ranch Realty, Camie brings firsthand knowledge, honesty, grit, and authenticity to every transaction--because she doesn't just sell land, she lives it every day.

Raised in the ranching lifestyle, Camie actively runs cattle, owns horses, and puts up "tons" irrigated hay each summer.  Her hands-on experience gives her a practical understanding of water rights, grazing operations, land productivity, hunting, and the realities of rural living that few agents can match.
