Carlton Brock, a Leake County native, is a graduate of the Mississippi Real Estate Institute and a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for Mossy Oak Properties Bottomland Real Estate in Carthage, Mississippi. He and his wife, Johnnie, live in Carthage, Mississippi and have three children and three grandchildren. Carlton graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics in 1962. He then worked for Rural Development USDA for over 30 years and retired in 1996. Carlton was elected to the Leake County Board of Supervisors in 1999 and took office in 2000, where he was re-elected and served two successful terms until 2007.
