Chad Leonard

Chad Leonard has been in the land business for nearly 20 years in multiple disciplines and is a licensed realtor in Pennsylvania and New York. Chad specializes in recreational and hunting properties, as well as rural homes and camps.

In 2006, Chad transitioned to the oil and gas/land services sector, gaining comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of title and acquisition. He has worked in the oil and gas and renewables industry for nearly 20 years, serving in multiple roles, including Landman, Land Manager, and Vice President of Land and Business Development.

Chad leverages his industry expertise, relationships, and leadership experience to collaborate with current clients while building relationships with companies and contacts across multiple disciplines, including rural land, rural homes, hunting properties, oil and gas, renewables, telecom, transportation, and other land-related industries.

He lives in Colden, New York, with his wife, Lisa. Chad and Lisa have six children and three grandchildren spread across the country. In his leisure time, he enjoys whitetail deer conservation, hunting, camping, traveling, and following Buffalo Bills football and Buffalo Sabres hockey.
