I'm Charlie "The Listing Lab" Clayton. I started my real estate career almost 7 years ago in the front seat of the boss's work truck. Since then, I have had the pleasure of inspecting almost every land listing the boss has worked on. I now have the entire back seat to myself, except when we have clients aboard, when I graciously share "my" space. Over the years, I have worked my way into the official position of listing inspector. I take my job very seriously and make a concerted effort to "inspect" every tree, creek, pond, river, and mud hole on every property. I believe I am one of, if not the best, listing inspectors.
