When Charlie couldn't hunt his favorite hunting spot any longer, he set out to find rural properties for sale for himself and his hunting buddies. He left his 29-year corporate job to be a full-time professional Land Broker specializing in investment, recreational, and hunting properties in Southwest Indiana. Charlie grew up in Southwest Indiana and has hunted all his life. Charlie and his wife, Debbie, have three children and five grandchildren. Charlie's outdoor activities include whitetail deer, turkey, fishing, and land management practices. He is a member of QDMA (Quality Deer Management Association), NRA (National Rifle Association), and NWTF (National Wild Turkey Foundation).
