Chris Kincheloe

Christopher 'Chris' Kincheloe has deep connections in the Shenandoah Valley and has been a resident for 50 years.  He was born in Richmond and moved to Staunton at age 4.  He currently resides in Augusta County with his wife, Megan, and their two children.

Chris spent 13 years in law enforcement, including being a Virginia Game Warden. Chris has always had a passion for conservation and the outdoors. For the last 16 years, Chris and his wife have been the proprietors of Nuckols Gun Works. Throughout his time in law enforcement and as a business owner, Chris has always been able to establish and maintain trusting working relationships within the community. This includes being Past-President of the Staunton/Augusta Rotary Club, as well as being a proud supporter and member of the NRA, NWTF, RMEF, Ruffed Grouse Society, Shenandale Gun Club, and the Staunton Elks Lodge #351.

Chris is an avid hunter and outdoorsman and has an intimate knowledge of all areas of the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding counties.  In 2019 Chris obtained his Real Estate license to continue his passion to help people in the community and find them the outdoor and residential properties they desire. Chris is excited to continue to have a substantial impact on his community whether through helping first time homebuyers discover their ideal home or aiding current homeowners in finding a more unique property, farm, or hunting cabin nestled in the mountains!
