A proud Texas A&M graduate and lifelong Texan, Chris has called the Lone Star State home for over 50 years. His deep-rooted passion for the outdoors has shaped his belief that land is one of our most valuable and irreplaceable resources.

After a successful first career as a technology executive, Chris fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a landowner in both Texas and Arkansas. Over the years, he has devoted significant time, energy, and resources to his properties. His efforts have greatly enriched the land, improved habitats for local wildlife, and increased the long-term value. Through these experiences, Chris developed a deep commitment to responsible stewardship and sustainable land management. He takes great pride in seeing land reach its full potential and values the incredible diversity that Texas landscapes have to offer.

A dedicated outdoorsman, Chris has spent decades hunting deer and waterfowl across Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Arkansas. When hunting season ends, you’ll find him fishing between the Gulf of America and his favorite coves on Lake Fork. Having been a lakefront homeowner for more than 25 years, Chris understands both the joys and challenges of lakeside living.

Of all his accomplishments, Chris values his family most–his beautiful wife Yvette, and their three successful children: Ali, Christopher, and Terry.
