Clint Hartsfield

Born and raised in Alabama, I grew up with a deep love for the outdoors. From chasing deer and turkey through the hardwoods to early morning duck hunts, and especially long days fishing the Gulf of Mexico. Those years hunting and fishing across Alabama and nearby Gulf waters built a foundation for my lifelong passion

After graduating from Auburn University with a business degree, I headed west to Wyoming and Montana, spending the next 10-15 years chasing bigger horizons. I pursued big game in the high country, ran pointing dogs over upland birds, and spent countless hours on the rivers and streams. 

Eventually I returned to the South, settling in Milledgeville Ga where I got married and put down roots. Now, bringing that same deep passion for the outdoors, along with a solid understanding of business and investment principles to Mossy Oak Properties, I'm exvited to help clients find properties that not only fuel their own hunting and fishing persuits but aslo represent smart long term investments. Whether it's prime hunting habitat, a river or lake retreat for great fishing, or coastal land with excellent saltwater opportunities, I know what makes land both personally rewarding and financially sound.
