Colin was raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong appreciation for hard work, land, and the outdoors. He later relocated with his wife, two daughters, and three dogs to northern Tioga County Pennsylvania, where they enjoy a rural lifestyle and all that the area has to offer. 

Colin’s passion for land goes beyond his career. He personally owns properties in Tioga County, Pennsylvania, and Steuben County, New York, using them for recreation, hunting, and investment. Through these firsthand experiences, he understands the value and potential that land can provide.
