Connor Gagnon

Connor has deep roots in the Alpena area, having spent much of his childhood there and making it his permanent home for the past ten years. His lifelong love for the outdoors, especially fishing, inspired him to establish a successful smallmouth bass fishing guide business in 2019. Connor takes great pride in creating memorable experiences on the water—what he enjoys most is meeting new people, sharing meaningful conversations, and witnessing the joy of clients landing their personal best catch. Anglers from across the country seek out his expertise and welcoming presence on the boat.

Connor is a devoted husband to his wife, Haylee, and a proud father to their four children: Addison, Wyatt, Cal, and Dean. He is passionate about being a positive role model and guiding his children through life with love and intention.

A former football player at Central Michigan University, Connor learned the values of discipline, loyalty, and dedication—qualities he brings to every aspect of his life, including his commitment to helping clients navigate the real estate market with integrity and determination.
