Danny is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Virginia and has been actively licensed and working in Real Estate for over 36 years and has concentrated on land and residential sales. He has experience in rehabbing houses, managing rental property, and land development as well. For the past 10 years, while being with Mossy Oak Properties, Danny has concentrated on land sales where he has been an award-winning sales agent and consistently been among the top agents in Southeast & Southcentral Virginia. During this time, he is credited with sales of over 18,000 acres of land & farms. Danny and Leigh Ann, his wife of 43 years, live in Suffolk where they raised their two daughters Claudia and Olivia. Danny was born and raised in a rural setting where he grew up boating, fishing, hunting, and camping. Still an avid hunter and outdoorsmen there is no better place for him to be than in the field. Whether he’s at the beach, or even in the back yard, but especially on the farm or in the woods, it is a passion of his. He is actively engaged everyday working at marketing properties and finding buyers for farmland, timberland, hunting land, and land with homes which are all his specialties. His knowledge of southeastern and central Virginia and the surrounding areas will allow him to help advise you on the possibilities of your land use whether it is for a home site, family recreation, a hunting property, or investment.
