Darrell Bullock

Darrell was born and raised in Mississippi and is a true Mississippi boy through and through. He has a genuine love of Mississippi land. He is currently a real estate appraiser with licenses in Mississippi and Arkansas and over 20 years of extensive experience in the appraisal field. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute and has their MAI and SRA designations. He is a certified AI instructor and has taught several of their real estate courses. He was a contributor and reviewer for the first textbook AI has written in 16 years, that is completely devoted to the topic of rural property appraisals. Nationally, he has served on AI's Leadership Advisory Council, been an Educational Trust Appointed Trustee, as well as serving on the national nominating committee. He also has the ARA, Accredited Rural Appraiser, designation from the ASFMRA, American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He is one of a few appraisal professionals that hold this designation in Mississippi.

Darrell has served the Mississippi chapter of the Appraisal Institute in several key positions. He has been chapter president, vice-president, education chairman, candidate guidance committee chair, and served on the finance committee. His list of appraisal clients includes the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Marshalls, Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, as well as numerous corporations, attorneys, banks, municipalities, counties, and individuals.

Darrell graduated from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi and after graduation, he started his own appraisal business. He currently lives and works in Clarksdale, the heart of the Delta and the birthplace of the blues. He recently obtained his real estate sales license this year after realizing there was an immense need for a local real estate sales professional specializing in land in the Delta. His knowledge of the area and his extensive contacts in the real estate field would be hard to beat. When Darrell isn't working you can find him with his family, which he values more than anything. His wife Laurie and their three children, Camille, Webb, and Wilkes are the reason Darrell is so driven to succeed. Darrell is an avid hunter of all wildlife in Mississippi. He has hunted in Alaska, Arizona, South Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado, Tennessee, as well as Kentucky. To say he has a love of the outdoors, would be an understatement. Land is his passion and the reason he is so committed to his professions.

Darrell is very excited to be a part of the Mossy Oak family and looks forward to showcasing all the opportunities the Delta has to offer both sellers and buyers. Whether you are looking for agricultural land as an investment, or a place of your own to hunt, fish, or play, Darrell's knowledge of the area is extensive. He would love to help you in your journey to buy or sell a piece of the iconic Mississippi Delta.
