Denise Nolte

Denise knows the benefits of land and the valuable lessons learned in the great outdoors. She was raised on a rural farm in Central Missouri located in Chamois, Missouri.  The family farm provided for the family in many ways.  From raising cattle, pigs, chickens, and a plentiful garden to hours of hunting, fishing, and exploring the woods.  She learned at a young age if you take care of the land the land will take care of you.  Later in life, Denise was able to purchase a farm neighboring that very same family farm where she and her husband has raised two daughters and now grandchildren are being "farm" raised. Denise has passed her love and passion for hunting, fishing, and the outdoors to her daughters and now to her grandchildren. She has always had an interest in real estate and when the opportunity came along to be a part of the Mossy Oak Properties team, she knew now was the time to pursue her interest a little further.  By becoming a salesperson for Mossy Oak Properties, it gives her another avenue to explore and find the unfolding potential of real estate.  The values of Mossy Oak Properties along with the deep-rooted desire to pass on the value and enjoyment of the land made it a perfect fit for her.  Integrity and honesty are the pillar of Denise's personality along with hard work and stories of the hunts had and the hunts yet to happen.  She looks forward to helping you in selling or finding your next story.
