Denton Warlick

Born and raised in Upstate SC, I have loved growing up in this part of the country. My role with Mossy Oak is simple- to help my clients achieve their goals by providing access for them to manage, buy, and sell their properties. 

My passion above land itself is building relationships and making sure that I have the right connections and resources to help my clients reach the next step. 

My main area of focus has been the Upstate but I have worked on a few low country deals and plan to be more heavily invested in this market.

I’m not a one man show- since being licensed in 2024 my team and I have approximately $40 million in transaction volume.

At the end of the day my goal is to work hard, be a good steward of the opportunities that have been given to me, and help my clients navigate their options all the while bringing new clientele to Mossy Oak.
