My name is Frank Pimental and I have been a resident in the mountain plateau region of western North Carolina for many years. Since starting in real estate, I have become very attached to the natural beauty of the mountains, forests, creeks, lakes and waterfalls. Over the years I decided to specialize in the listing and sale of land for use as low-density home lots (10+ acres) and large land tracts for a variety of uses including residential/commercial development, estates, family compounds, equestrian, agriculture, forestry, hunting and fishing, as well as 1031 Exchanges. With over 30 years of corporate experience, I offer strong marketing, negotiation, and analytical skills. This experience allows me to carefully monitor land statistics in western NC to keep my sellers & buyers informed of the "local" land market value, availability, trends and projections. I conduct special land searches upon request at no cost and offer market data relevant to my client's search or sale.
