Hunter McCool

Hunter McCool is a lifelong outdoorsman from Central Mississippi, where his deep appreciation for nature began early in life. After graduating from Kosciusko High School in 2006, he pursued his passion for Forestry/Wildlife and Real Estate/Finance at Mississippi State University.

Hunter started his career with Mossy Oak Productions, traveling the country to film outdoor TV shows and videos, honing his skills behind the camera. This experience enables him to effectively showcase his clients' properties to potential buyers, ensuring they stand out in the market.

Transitioning into the construction industry, Hunter specialized in residential and commercial asphalt paving and maintenance throughout Central Mississippi. His diverse background in outdoor media and property maintenance equips him with a unique perspective on property management and marketing.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in forestry, Hunter has developed and managed multiple recreational properties to optimize wildlife habitats and timber production. His expertise allows him to assist clients in finding the ideal property that meets their needs and aspirations.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys hunting and other outdoor activities, finding solace and adventure in the natural world. He also delights in attending Mississippi State baseball games with his wife, Brittany. At Mossy Oak Properties, he is committed to guiding clients through every step of their real estate journey.
