Jackson Sobocinski

Growing up in Durham and Chatham County, North Carolina, Jackson developed a profound connection to the land from an early age. His childhood adventures in the woods, hunting and fishing expeditions in local ponds & rivers ignited his love for the outdoors.

While pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate at Virginia Tech's Pamplin School of Business, Jackson competed as a member of the Virginia Tech Bass Fishing Team.  Years of traveling across the Southern United States for baseball and bass fishing tournaments exposed Jackson to various terrains and property types. Whether competing in bass tournaments or hunting in the Blue Ridge Mountains, his time in Virginia reinforced his passion for the outdoors.

From working in farm labor to managing his own landscape company, Jackson gained a unique appreciation for land and its potential. Driven by his enthusiasm for exploration and his keen vision, Jackson takes pride in assisting others in realizing the potential of properties that align with their goals. When not immersed in property research or showings, he can often be found enjoying nature, whether in the woods, on the golf course, or out on the water with his faithful beagle, Dixie.

Jackson lives in Pittsboro, NC and knows the area extremely well.  If you’re interested in buying or selling property in central North Carolina's Chatham County area, he is ready to lend his expertise and help you achieve your land-related goals. Give him a call today!
