Jacob Oliver
Jacob grew up on a small farm in Central Virginia where his father instilled in him the love and respect for the outdoors. His father introduced him to small game hunting at an early age which allowed him to explore a diverse variety of properties in the central and coastal areas of Virginia. After earning a B.S. in Environmental Biology from Hampden-Sydney College & playing on the varsity lacrosse team, he followed his mothers footsteps and got his real estate license. At his first firm, he became a manager after being the Top Producer for three years. In 2022 he joined Mossy Oak Properties and quickly was named the Mossy Oak Properties Land and Farms Realty Agent of the Year in Virginia his first year, and is now the Broker-in-Charge for the agents in Virginia.
Each spring and summer you can find him at various properties planting food plots, clearing trails, and preparing for the upcoming hunting season so he is a great resource to help you develop your property! Having earned his Eagle Scout recognition with Troop 400, he understands the need for stewardship in the outdoors and leaving nature better than you found it.
Through his involvement with his local Ducks Unlimited, Ruffed Grouse Society, and other outdoor organizations, he has a broad network to help find you a buyer for your property.
