Jeremy Pellegrino

Jeremy grew up camping, horseback riding, and embracing the outdoors in rural upstate New York before joining the U.S. Coast Guard in 2004. Over the course of his 20-year active-duty career, he served six tours across the country. No matter where he was stationed, you could usually find him with a fishing pole in hand or exploring the woods always drawn back to the land and the outdoors.

After retiring from service, Jeremy planted roots in Florida, where he completed his final tours throughout Western and Central Florida. It didn’t take long for him to fall in love with the area’s unique mix of wide-open land, back roads, and coastal living.

Today, Jeremy specializes in rural, residential, and land properties throughout Central Florida. From high and dry acreage to homes with room to roam, he understands what buyers are truly looking for privacy, usability of the land, and the lifestyle that comes with it. His background brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to guiding clients through every step of the process with confidence and integrity.

At home, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife, their baby boy, and their dog whether that’s getting outside for a walk, heading out for a day on the water, or simply enjoying a quiet evening together. Family is at the center of everything he does, and he knows firsthand how important it is to find not just a property, but a place to build a life.
