A Colorado resident for over 45 years, an entrepreneur and skilled businessman, Jon has founded and managed several successful companies including a full-service excavation company, a nationally known performance parts retail and warehouse company, and a professional off-road race team, as well as completing multiple commercial and residential construction and development projects. A talented and competitive motorcyclist, he has earned multiple regional off-road racing titles including 250A and Overall A in the Rocky Mountain Enduro Circuit and was a top-level AA class competitor. Combining his love of motorcycles with his business skills he founded Hi-Per Sports, Inc. which was listed on the Inc. Magazine's "Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in the U.S." Jon went on from there to co-found the FMF/Throttlehead.com/Kawasaki Team Green professional factory off-road racing team competing in the Grand National Cross Country Series and the AMA National Hare Scrambles Series. Jon became a licensed Realtor in 2008. His advanced business skills and hard-driving and energetic personality have earned him many Top Producing Agent awards as well as being named Realtor of the Year 2015 (Realtors of Central Colorado; North). He brings a strong work ethic, a good sense of humor, and a love and knowledge of Colorado real estate to each transaction. Jon currently resides in the central mountain town of Salida.
