Josh Smith

Josh Smith is a dedicated individual with deep roots in Macon County, Tennessee, where he has spent his entire life. He shares his life with his wife Vanessa and their three children, Makinley, Maliya, and Levi. Josh's love for the outdoors was instilled in him from a young age, as he spent much of his time hunting whitetail deer, turkey, and fishing.

Growing up around the logging and lumber mill industry, Josh gained valuable experience working alongside his father and grandfathers. This early exposure shaped his understanding of timberland and farmland, which later became his specialty in the real estate business.

Driven by a desire to serve his community, Josh underwent rigorous training, completing both the Tennessee Fire and Codes Academy and the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy. For a decade, he served as a law enforcement officer, alongside volunteering as a firefighter, demonstrating his commitment to public safety and community well-being.

Transitioning into the real estate sector, Josh found his niche in timberland and farmland properties, leveraging his expertise from the logging and lumber mill business. However, he's also adept at selling various other property types, including numerous homes, hunting/recreational properties, and some commercial properties.
