Kaitlyn is a licensed real estate agent with Mossy Oak Properties - Homestead Land & Auction Co., proudly serving eastern Nebraska. She is committed to serving both buyers and sellers, and sees it as the greatest privilege to provide an experience tailored specifically to each client - helping each one build their legacy tied to a piece of real estate.

Raised in Beatrice, Nebraska, she is a seventh generation farmer & outdoorswoman, with a bloodline rich in the entrepreneurial spirit, grit, & a passion for land. From a young age, she was instilled with a deep love and appreciation for God's green earth, and feels called to preserve the lifestyle for the next generation.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Kaitlyn has co-owned and operated Holland Hay alongside her husband, Carter, committed to producing and marketing "the best damn hay". She has a deep passion for relationship building, and loves meeting new people and making connections.
