About
I was raised in Yorkville in rural Dearborn County, where my passion for the outdoors started at a young age. Growing up, I spent as much time outside as possible hunting and enjoying the land with family and friends. That lifestyle shaped who I am and built a strong appreciation for the outdoors that continues today.
For the past 12 years, managing hunting property has been a major part of my life. It started when my husband was guiding hunters in Franklin County, and we were involved in everything behind the scenes. We planted food plots using clover, brassicas, and winter wheat, spent summers checking trail cameras, spraying invasives, and creating bedding areas through hinge cutting. We learned how small changes like access trails, stand placement, and soil improvements could completely shift deer movement and improve a property.
Eventually, we purchased our own farm in Dearborn County, and that’s when it became even more personal. Managing your own ground changes everything. Every decision matters long term. We’ve continued to improve habitat, expand food plots, and focus on building year-round sustainability for wildlife. Watching that property improve year after year has been one of the most rewarding experiences.
I know Dearborn County extremely well because I’ve lived here my entire life. I’ve also spent significant time in Franklin, Switzerland, Ohio, and Jefferson counties through hunting, family connections, and exploring the land. That familiarity allows me to help clients understand not just the property, but the surrounding area and its potential.
To me, land represents opportunity, security, and something real you can pass down. It’s one of the few investments that holds both financial and personal value, and I’m passionate about helping others find the right property to build that for themselves.
