About
I was born and raised in Clark County, Illinois, where my connection to land started early. I began hunting at a young age and harvested my first whitetail deer by the time I was 10. From that point on, I was hooked on the outdoors and the process of understanding and improving land.
At 16, I rented my first 35 acres for cattle, and by 20, I purchased my first 44-acre farm. Today, I own and manage over 300 acres and have worked with landowners across multiple states. That experience has given me a deep understanding of what it takes to turn a property into something truly productive and enjoyable.
For more than 20 years, I’ve focused on habitat development, including soil health, food plots, water systems, timber improvement, and invasive species control. I’ve also spent over 25 years as a heavy equipment operator, which allows me to physically shape and improve land in ways most people can’t. From building lakes to designing habitat systems, I bring both knowledge and execution to every property.
I’ve been called “The Dirt Wizard” because of my ability to transform land into high-performing hunting and recreational properties. But for me, it’s about more than that. It’s about helping landowners see what their property can become and giving them a plan to get there.
My faith is a big part of how I approach life and business. I believe in treating people the right way and helping them make decisions that benefit both their land and their future.
