Knox Duncan is a skilled Broker specializing in recreational and investment land sales throughout South Carolina and Georgia. Since entering the real estate industry in 2021, Knox has played a pivotal role in brokering over $75 million in total real estate value.

He is a native of Greenville, SC, and a Clemson University graduate with a B.S. in Business Management. He is currently pursuing his M.S. in Financial Planning, Housing, and Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. Similar to his clients, Knox has invested heavily in all real estate asset classes.

Outside of the office, you will find Knox working on the farm in Simpsonville or exploring Edisto Island with his Black Lab. He remains actively involved in his community and continues to build strong relationships throughout the region, making him a trusted resource for investors and landowners alike.
