Raised in Central New York’s scenic Finger Lakes region, he additionally spent much of his youth at his family’s hunting camp along the Delaware River in the Catskills—an experience that instilled in him a deep respect for the land, wildlife management, and the traditional outdoor lifestyle.

Having spent over 50 years living, hunting, and exploring throughout the Catskills, Finger Lakes and lower Hudson Valley regions of New York, Matt possesses an intimate, firsthand understanding of the local terrain, water systems, and rural communities.

Prior to entering real estate, Matt dedicated the majority of his professional career to civil service. This background honed his commitment to integrity, public communication, and problem-solving, making him a trusted advisor when navigating complex transactions.
