Raised in Martinsville, Virginia, Matt Muehleck has spent his life exploring, hunting, and understanding the land of Southside and Southwest Virginia. His love for the outdoors was instilled at an early age by his father and older brother, and that passion eventually grew into a career currently serving as a seasonal waterfowl and turkey guide in eastern North Carolina. From chasing whitetails to guiding clients in the field, Matt developed an appreciation for the unique characteristics that make rural property valuable, from timber and wildlife habitat to water, access, agricultural potential, and recreational opportunities.

That lifelong connection to the land, combined with deep roots in the Martinsville and Henry County community, gives Matt a unique perspective when helping landowners throughout Southside Virginia. A natural competitor, Matt also grew up playing sports and went on to play collegiate baseball at Hampden-Sydney College (go, Tigers!).
